Counterpoint has given the keynote aerospace presentation at the Carbon Fiber 2024 event in Charleston, South Carolina. Counterpoint’s Richard Apps and Joanne Zhang presented ‘Outlook: Carbon fiber in the aerospace industry’. Their presentation discussed current aerospace demand and production, supply chain dynamics and discussion of the next generation single-aisle. The presentation featured the current challenges in the aerostructures industry, and the potential impact of Boeing’s acquisition of Spirit AeroSystems.
